Job summary

De Bijenkorf zoekt een Sales Associate die bezoekers verwelkomt, vragen beantwoordt en klanten productadvies geeft. Je inspireert gasten met de nieuwste trends en begeleidt hen door het verkoopproces. Ook informeer je over lidmaatschap en exclusieve promoties.

Je werkt 38 uur per week volgens cao, met extra toeslagen voor weekend/dagen, 25 vakantiedagen en een vitaliteitsbudget tot 500 euro per jaar. Reiskostenvergoeding, pensioenregeling, winstdeling en personeelskorting zijn inbegrepen.

Qualifications

• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
• Klantgerichte communicatie en servicegerichtheid.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamwerk.

Responsibilities

• Verwelkomen bezoekers en adviseren klanten over producten.
• Informeren over Bijenkorf-lidmaatschap en huidige promoties.
• Zorgen voor een schone en ordelijke winkelomgeving en ondersteuning bij de kassa en schappen.

About the role

In your role as a Sales Associate, you will welcome visitors, answer questions, and advise customers on products. You’ll take the time to inspire guests with the latest trends, provide product advice, and guide them through the sales process. Additionally, you’ll inform guests about the Bijenkorf membership and highlight the current (exclusive) promotions.

Thanks to you, your department will always look clean and well-organized, allowing us to offer every visitor a unique shopping experience.
