Job summary

De Bijenkorf Maastricht zoekt een Sales Associate die bezoekers verwelkomt, vragen beantwoordt en klanten adviseert over producten.

Je inspireert met de laatste trends, begeleidt klanten door het verkoopproces en informeert over lidmaatschap en lopende promoties. Verder zorgt je ervoor dat de afdeling schoon en aantrekkelijk blijft voor een unieke winkelervaring.

Qualifications

• Flexibel inzetbaar voor doordeweeks, avonden en weekends.
• Teamwork: zorgen voor ondersteuning en samenwerking op drukke dagen.
• Klantgerichtheid: extra inspanning om gasten tevreden naar huis te laten gaan.
• Communicatie: duidelijk en direct contact met collega's en gasten.

Responsibilities

• Bezoekers verwelkomen, vragen beantwoorden en klanten adviseren over producten.
• Inspireer gasten met de laatste trends en leid hen door het verkoopproces.
• Informeer gasten over het Bijenkorf-lidmaatschap en huidige promoties.
• Zorg voor een schone, georganiseerde afdeling voor een unieke winkelervaring.

About the role

As a Sales Associate, you are De Bijenkorf, and you always act in line with our five core values:

In your role as a Sales Associate, you will welcome visitors, answer questions, and advise customers on products. You'll take the time to inspire guests with the latest trends, provide product advice, and guide them through the sales process. Additionally, you'll inform guests about the Bijenkorf membership and highlight the current (exclusive) promotions.

Thanks to you, your department will always look clean and well-organized, allowing us to offer every visitor a unique shopping experience.

What we offer

Op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (38 uur per week) kun je conform onze CAO rekenen op:

• Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.428,00 en € 2.622,00
• Toeslag in tijd of geld voor het werken in weekenden en tijdens feestdagen
