Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a sales associate for our Amsterdam outlet store on a part-time basis. You will help customers, advise on products and support visual merchandising to drive sales and brand engagement.

You will join a dynamic European retail team, with a focus on delivering excellent service, teamwork, and flexibility to meet weekend and holiday demand. Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus, and fluency in Dutch is preferred with English as a bonus.

Qualifications

• First experience in a customer services and/or sales-oriented position.
• Passionate about customer service and interacting with people.
• Good knowledge of Dutch; English is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and advise customers on products to enhance the shopping experience.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers and suggest suitable solutions.
• Assist with in-store visual merchandising to drive engagement and sales.
• Support stock management and product deliveries.
• Maintain the store appearance and cleanliness, and collaborate with team and management.
