Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana is seeking a Sales Assistant / Client Advisor for our Roermond Outlet. Join our team in a part-time or full-time capacity to promote and sell luxury products to international customers.

You will advise on the full Dolce & Gabbana collection, deliver outstanding service, and maintain store standards with passion and product knowledge. Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Dutch, German or Italian) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers' needs.
• Advise customers on the entire luxury Dolce&Gabbana collection.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers.
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge.
• Fluency in English. Other languages are considered a plus such as Dutch, German or Italian
• Relevant experience in luxury retail or similar industry
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
