UNIQLO is seeking a Sales Assistant to help shape memorable customer experiences and contribute to the growth of our business. You will bring our LifeWear philosophy to life, act as a Brand Ambassador, and partner in management to drive sales.

You will engage customers, master day-to-day operations, and support store operations while promoting sustainability and retail technology initiatives. This role starts August 2026 with flexible hours and a strong promotion path.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: deliver a rewarding shopping experience from fitting rooms to tills with attentiveness.
• Sales floor excellence: keep store clean, stocked, organized and well presented.
• Sales & inventory: monitor reactions to adjust displays and stock per style, color and size.
• Team collaboration: work with colleagues to build a strong, united team.
• Sustainability: promote recycling, repair services and local community activities.
• Retail technology: contribute to content for social media or livestreams when needed.
