Job summary

UNIQLO in Amsterdam is hiring a Sales Assistant to help shape memorable customer experiences and contribute to store growth. You’ll be a Brand Ambassador, a Partner in Management, and a Retail Specialist, ensuring service excellence and smooth store operations.

From day one, you’ll receive on-the-job and classroom training, digital learning tools, and a supportive culture with four annual promotion opportunities. Expect a dynamic, flexible schedule across Mon–Sun with competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Offering a rewarding shopping experience—from the fitting rooms to the high-tech tills—by being attentive and responsive to customers’ needs.
• Sales Floor Excellence: Keeping the store clean, well-stocked, organised, and beautifully presented to inspire customers.
• Sales & Inventory Management: Monitoring customer reactions to our products to adjust displays and stock levels by style, colour, and size.
• Team Collaboration: Working with colleagues, offering support, and helping create a strong, united team.
• Sustainability: Championing recycling, promoting repair services, and participating in local community activities.
• Retail Technology: Contributing to content for social media campaigns, styling app, or livestream channel.

• Flexibility: Fully flexible, Monday-Sunday
• Salary: 16.43 EUR per hour (exclusive 8% holiday allowance)

• Sustainability : Championing our recycling programme, promoting our repair services, andparticipatingin local community activities.
• Retail Technology : Contributing to content creation for our social media campaigns, styling app, or livestream channel if you are excited about being in the spotlight.
