Job summary

Leonidas in The Hague invites chocolate enthusiasts to become Chocolate Advisors. You will warmly welcome customers, guide them through our 80+ chocolates, and share expert knowledge to create memorable experiences.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll present the latest creations, ensure eye-catching displays, assist with deliveries and inventory, and manage the POS with accuracy and friendliness. Fluent Dutch and English are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and sales experience.
• Numerical skills and mental math.
• Team-oriented and flexible for weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers, inform them about our products, and advise on purchases.
• Be an ambassador by sharing in-depth knowledge of our products.
• Introduce master chocolatiers' latest creations to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by listening to needs and providing quality service.
• Maintain impeccable product presentation, manage deliveries/inventory, and handle cash register per store procedures.

Your tasks:

• Warmly welcome our customers, enthusiastically inform them about our products, and expertly advise them on their purchases.
• Become a true ambassador of the Leonidas brand by sharing your in-depth knowledge of our products.
• Create magical moments by introducing our master chocolatiers' latest creations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by paying attention to their needs and desires, and providing quality service.
• Guarantee an impeccable presentation of our products in the display window, according to the guidelines of our marketing department. Receive deliveries and manage inventory. Manage the cash register (registration, settlement, handing out receipts, counting the cash register and checking for regularity). Ensure cleanliness and compliance with store procedures.

What we are looking for:

• Someone with at least a high school diploma and experience in sales. Proficiency in numbers and mental calculation.
• Dexterity and speed in performing tasks. Customer and commercially oriented attitude, able to work in a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Languages:

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
