Job summary

Leonidas in Amsterdam is seeking a friendly Chocolate Advisor to warmly welcome customers, inform them about our range of 80+ chocolates, and guide purchases with expert product knowledge.

You will ensure enthusiastic service, maintain attractive displays, handle sales at the register, and contribute to a joyful in-store experience while working weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and sales experience.
• Proficiency with numbers and mental calculation.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers, inform them about products, and advise purchases.
• Be an ambassador of the Leonidas brand with product knowledge.
• Introduce new creations from master chocolatiers to guests.

Your Tasks

• Warmly welcome our customers, enthusiastically inform them about our products, and expertly advise them on their purchases.
• Become a true ambassador of the Leonidas brand by sharing your in-depth knowledge of our products.
• Create magical moments by introducing our master chocolatiers' latest creations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by paying attention to their needs and desires, and providing quality service.
• Guarantee an impeccable presentation of our products in the display window, according to the guidelines of our marketing department. Receive deliveries and manage inventory. Manage the cash register (registration, settlement, handing out receipts, counting the cash register and checking for regularity). Ensure cleanliness and compliance with store procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• Someone with at least a high school diploma and experience in sales. Proficiency in numbers and mental calculation.
• Dexterity and speed in performing tasks. Customer and commercially oriented attitude, able to work in a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Languages

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
