Job summary

Leonidas is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to warmly welcome customers, share product knowledge, and guide purchases across our wide chocolate range. You will represent the brand and create memorable moments for visitors.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, sales experience, strong numerical skills, teamwork, and weekend/evening availability. Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma and experience in sales.
• Proficiency in numbers and mental calculation.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers, inform them about products, and advise on purchases.
• Be an ambassador of the Leonidas brand with product knowledge.
• Create memorable moments by sharing master chocolatiers' latest creations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with attentive, quality service.
• Present products impeccably in the display, receive deliveries, and manage inventory; operate the cash register and receipts.
