Job summary

IJver Amsterdam invites applications for a role supporting bookings and banqueting at our office, with immediate effect. You will handle reservations, maintain personal contact with guests and companies, and assist with marketing tasks while acting as an ambassador for IJver.

The successful candidate will combine hospitality and sales experience with a strong service attitude, fluency in Dutch and English, and an eye for detail.

Job description

It's as cosy as ever at IJver, so we are looking for support at our office with immediate effect.

Behind the scenes, you process group and banqueting requests, manage reservations, and maintain personal contact with guests and companies. You think commercially and ensure that every request, reservation, and event runs smoothly. You switch quickly between planning and execution, maintain an overview during busy periods, and with your energy and service-oriented attitude, you are a point of contact for colleagues and an ambassador for IJver.
