Job summary

ARKET in The Hague (Netherlands) is seeking a Sales Advisor for a part-time role averaging 16-20 hours per week. You will greet customers, assist on the shop floor, at the cash desk and fitting rooms, and help with deliveries, replenishment and merchandising to showcase our latest garments.

You will work with a friendly team to create welcoming experiences and provide proactive service, while embodying the ARKET brand.

You'llhave the opportunity to provide customers with high-level service at every turn. From initiating conversations toassistingat the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor,you'llplay a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.

With warmth and enthusiasm,you'llguide our customers through their journey, offering genuineassistanceand proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, in collaboration with your team,you’llcreate moments that matter.

Whilepreviousexperience in customer service and familiarity withfabricsare nice to have,they'renot mandatory.

Preferable but not mandatory

• Understanding of store operations & customer service skills from previous retail experience
• Confident in offering customers advice on fashion trends, materials, sizing etc

Additional Information

This is part-time position with an average of 16-20 hours per week.
