SALES ASSOCIATE

Sales associates work as part of a store team in a luxury retail environment to share a passion for the brand and its values with customers and colleagues. They lead by example, practice PVH values, inspire teams, drive sales and profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while ensuring the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and connect selling skills to drive business.
• Build outfit recommendations for customers and make additional product recommendations to support store KPIs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure repeat business.
• Act as a brand ambassador with a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
• Ensure shop and stock‑room maintenance, presentation and organization are addressed appropriately.
• Show flexibility and innovation when responding to the changing business environment, especially during peak trade.
• Provide excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer inquiries.
• Maintain store and mezzanine organization, presentation and appearance.
