Job summary

You will guide customers through the collection, understand their needs, and contribute to meeting boutique targets while promoting brand values and visual presentation.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in premium or luxury environments is a plus.
• Strong service mindset and teamwork.
• Good listening skills and motivation by commercial challenges.
• Good command of Dutch; English is a plus.

Longchamp is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Sales Advisor / Verkoopadviseur om ons team in Eindhoven te versterken.

Jouw functie

Als echte ambassadeur van Longchamp staat de klant centraal in alles wat je doet. Je laat klanten kennismaken met de wereld van Longchamp en biedt hen een persoonlijke en hoogwaardige winkelervaring.

• Het warm en professioneel verwelkomen, adviseren en begeleiden van iedere klant
• Het herkennen van de behoeften van de klant en het aanbieden van een passende selectie uit onze collecties
• Het actief bijdragen aan de verkoopresultaten en het behalen van de doelstellingen van de boutique
• Het opbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties en het stimuleren van klantenbinding
• Het ontwikkelen van een uitstekende kennis van onze collecties en het uitdragen van het verhaal en de waarden van Longchamp
• Het bijdragen aan de visual merchandising en zorgen voor een optimale presentatie van de winkel
• Het ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgen voor een verzorgde en gastvrije boutique

Jouw profiel

• Een eerste ervaring binnen retail, bij voorkeur in een premium- of luxeomgeving, is een pluspunt
• Je bent enthousiast, klantgericht en werkt graag in teamverband
• Je hebt een sterk gevoel voor service, kunt goed luisteren naar de klant en wordt gemotiveerd door commerciële uitdagingen
• Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands is belangrijk
• Kennis van het Engels is eveneens een pluspunt
