Job summary

Rituals Amsterdam is seeking talent to Deliver the Feel Good Experience, welcoming customers with our signature tea and helping them discover products or gifts they never knew they needed. You will hit sales targets, turn shoppers into members, run the register, take deliveries, and keep the boutique sharp and stocked at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail roles is preferred.
• Comfort with meeting sales targets and upselling.
• Good eye for product presentation and detail.

• Deliver the Feel Good Experience and welcome customers with Rituals tea.
• Help customers find products and suggest gifting ideas.
• Run the register, handle deliveries, and keep the boutique stocked.
