The Role: Build the European Market

We\'re looking for a self-starting Sales Account Manager based in the Netherlands to own the full sales cycle across the Netherlands and into Europe.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is a New Business-focused role where you will be instrumental in generating pipeline, conducting consultative demos, and closing deals for their market-leading library solutions. If you enjoy taking the "plane off the runway" and building a market from the ground up, and have a passion for cutting edge technology, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business across the Netherlands and EU, hitting sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, detailed product demos, and implementation.
  • Apply consultative selling skills to position advanced AI-powered SaaS solutions within libraries.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and represent the company at key conferences.
  • Work independently with full ownership of your territory and pipeline.
What You Need
  • Solid experience selling SaaS/software solutions to libraries or information centres.
  • Strong technical acumen and hands-on experience with product demonstrations and pre/post-sales implementation.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, ability to work independently, and a proactive, get it done mentality.
  • Fluent in English (required).
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, German, or Spanish (desirable).
