Job summary

ITproposal is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer specialized in SailPoint IdentityIQ to lead onboarding of applications, manage identity lifecycles, and implement robust access governance across enterprise systems.

The candidate will design and develop complex SailPoint workflows, automate IAM processes, and collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and DevOps to deliver secure identities. English language required; onsite in Eindhoven with SAFe/Agile participation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IAM experience
• Strong Identity Governance and Administration knowledge
• Hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development
• SailPoint onboarding experience
• Experience designing complex workflows, rules, policies, forms
• RBAC and ABAC expertise
• PBAC knowledge is a plus
• Identity certification and enforcement knowledge
• Strong identity lifecycle management understanding
• CI/CD and automation experience
• DevOps environment experience
• Agile / SAFe familiarity
• Security policy framework awareness
• Entitlement management know-how
• Stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of business applications into the IAM platform.
• Gather, validate, and implement functional and non-functional requirements.
• Configure SailPoint application integrations using IAM standards.
• Design and develop SailPoint workflows, rules, policies, and forms.
• Implement and maintain access control and entitlement management solutions.
• Support identity certification and access enforcement processes.
• Apply standardized onboarding patterns and drive automation across IAM processes.
• Collaborate with SailPoint platform team on CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines.
• Align implementations with IAM architecture and security policies.
• Participate in Scrum and SAFe activities.
• Coordinate implementation and validate delivered functionality against requirements.
• Work with application owners throughout onboarding lifecycle.
• Support Identity Lifecycle Management processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
