Job summary

Orion Recruitment Limited in Rotterdam is seeking a Growth Marketer to own the marketing of a new self-service SaaS product for SMEs and mid-sized companies. You will decide channels, create campaigns and content, and optimise the customer journey based on data.

You will work independently in a hands-on role, collaborating with developers and sales, with room to test ideas and drive growth from day one.

Qualifications

• Several years of practical marketing experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Experience building demand generation activities from scratch.
• Understanding of self-service SaaS products and subscription-based businesses.
• Experience with paid advertising, SEO, GEO and conversion optimisation.
• Strong writing skills and experience creating different types of marketing content.
• Experience with Webflow or a similar website platform.
• Knowledge of email automation, customer onboarding and retention.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work.
• Experience marketing to customers in the Netherlands.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing plan for the new product.
• Find and test ways to attract new customers.
• Improve the journey from website visitor to signup, active user and paying customer.
• Write and publish landing pages, customer stories, emails and LinkedIn content.
• Manage and update the website in Webflow.
• Set up and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Improve SEO and GEO, including how the company appears in AI search results.
• Set up onboarding emails and marketing automation to help customers get started.
• Analyse website performance, user behaviour and conversion rates.
• Work on partnerships with relevant software providers and other businesses.
• Use AI to support research, content creation, analysis and repetitive marketing tasks.
• You’ll also help with marketing activities for the company's existing enterprise business, including content, campaigns and events.
