Job summary

Thales Group in Hengelo, Netherlands, seeks an S&OP Planner - Support Functions to deliver the monthly demand and supply plan for the TN-Naval Support Functions segment. You will coordinate input from Bids, Projects, QA, Legal, Procurement and Configuration Management to balance workload and capacity.

You will engage stakeholders, prepare scenarios to close headcount or skill gaps, and drive process improvements across the S&OP cycle with a focus on data accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor level (HBO/WO) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and/or Production.
• Experience with BI tooling and Anaplan is required or highly desirable.
• Excellent communicator with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Structured, process-oriented, agile and self-aware.
• Strong English and Dutch language skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the S&OP Demand and Supply plan for the Support Functions.
• Deliver monthly supply plan, including capacity graphs, resource plan and scenarios.
• Monitor execution of scenarios and actions from the S&OP cycle.
• Organize supply plan review meetings with Support Functions Heads.
• Partner with Support Functions to resolve mid-term capacity issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of the S&OP process, data capture and reporting.
