Linde Gas Benelux B.V. is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to support definition, challenge and optimize turnaround scopes for rotating equipment.

You will collaborate with Reliability and Process Safety Engineers, Maintenance Specialists and Operations to develop detailed maintenance scopes and execution plans. The role requires hands-on leadership in field execution, strong troubleshooting and timely procurement support, with a focus on safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of static and rotating equipment with turnaround planning experience.
• Experience supervising contractors and field execution.
• Effective troubleshooting to minimize risks and schedule impacts.
• Good leadership and safety/quality compliance.
• English language skills; Dutch preferred.

• Coordinate and integrate all supporting turnaround activities including scaffolding, insulation removal and reinstatement, lifting operations, temporary facilities, logistics, and work permit management to ensure safe and efficient execution
• Create and manage purchase requisitions and support procurement through technical bid evaluations and vendor clarifications

• Good leadership skills to guide teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Proficiency in computer tools such as SAP Plant Maintenance and Microsoft Project to support maintenance and turnaround activities
• At least five years of experience in maintenance, reliability, turnaround, shutdown, or project management roles within industrial sectors, with good English language skills and Dutch considered a plus projects
