Job summary
E80 Group in Rotterdam is seeking a Resident Automation Technician to support a state-of-the-art production and logistics site. You will perform electromechanical corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on industrial automation equipment.
The role requires a technical qualification in electromechanical or industrial automation and 3–5 years’ experience. English is required and Dutch is a plus.
Qualifications
- Technical qualification in the electromechanical field or industrial automation.
- Good understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings.
- 3–5 years of experience as an electromechanical or transfer technician, electrician or automation technician.
Responsibilities
- Perform electromechanical corrective maintenance and troubleshooting on the equipment.
- Carry out electromechanical preventive maintenance in accordance with maintenance plans.
- Report on system performance and activities to the Customer and E80 Group.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship between the Customer and E80 Group based on trust and technical results.
- Organize periodic meetings on system performance with Customer representatives.
- Conduct periodic on-the-job training for Customer personnel.
- Promote improvement activities and extensions to the system or equipment.
- Manage spare parts on-site and advise on reorder points and purchases.
