Job summary

Invite Jobs BV zoekt een Roof Tile Operator in Limburg voor een vaste 3-ploegendienst in een moderne productieomgeving. Je zorgt voor betrouwbare-machinebediening en kwaliteitsbewaking van keramische dakpannen, met aandacht voor veiligheid en procesverbetering.

Je werkt in een vast 3-ploegenschema met duidelijke structuur en lange weekenden, en rapporteert aan het team in de productie. Verder biedt de rol groeimogelijkheden en een uitgebreid arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket.

Qualifications

• Voldoende technisch inzicht
• Veilig werken met machines en installaties
• Bereidheid tot werken in een ploegendienst
• Goede beheersing van Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, afstellen en ombouwen van installaties en machines
• Storingen signaleren en oplossen (zwaarwaar mogelijk zelfstandig)
• Klein onderhoud uitvoeren en productieprocessen bewaken
• Zorgdragen voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen in samenwerking met team

Job description

Earn a gross monthly salary between €2,831 and €3,149 plus a 28.57% shift allowance. Work on-site in a technical production environment in Limburg, with 24 vacation days, 13 additional leave days, and plenty of opportunities for growth. Do you want to work hands-on with technology, machines, and production processes every day? As a Roof Tile Operator, you get the chance to really make a difference in a modern production environment. You'll ensure that machines and installations keep running optimally and that ceramic roof tiles always meet the highest quality standards. You’ll work with a team of colleagues who, like you, value technical craftsmanship.

On an average workday, you’ll keep a close eye on the entire production process. You’ll operate, set up, and convert installations, spot malfunctions, and resolve them either independently or together with the Technical Service team. You’ll also perform minor maintenance, monitor product quality, and ensure a safe and tidy workplace. You will work in a fixed 3-shift pattern: 3 early shifts, 3 late shifts, followed by 3 days off. This schedule gives you clear structure and regular long weekends.

• You are flexible and comfortable with shift work

• You speak Dutch, English, and/or German
• You are looking to commit to the company for the long term
• Experience as an operator or in a production environment is helpful but not required
