Job summary

ROCKWOOL in Roermond zoekt een Process Operator om bij te dragen aan de productie van steenwol voor isolatie en constructiepanelen. Je werkt in een 4- of 5-ploegendienst en bedient diverse productie-installaties om een soepele, kwalitatieve output te garanderen.

Je krijgt onboarding en trainingen, met vaste roosters voor voorspelbaarheid en een aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaardenregelingen zoals 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld.

Qualifications

• MBO 3/4 in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig (bijv. VAPRO) vereist.
• 1-3 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving.
• Geldig heftruckcertificaat of bereidheid om er een te behalen.
• Bereidheid tot ploegendienst.
• Kennis van Nederlands, Engels of Duits is vereist.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen van diverse productieMachines en installaties voor efficiënte productie.
• Onderhouden van apparatuur door routinematige taken en oplossen van kleine technische problemen.
• Toezicht houden op product kwaliteit en afwijkingen melden.
• Omgaan met een heftruck om voorraden naar de productielijn te brengen.
• Zorgen voor een veilige en gestructureerde werkplek door veiligheidsvoorschriften te volgen en bij te dragen aan verbeteringsinitiatieven.

As a Process Operator at ROCKWOOL, you will contribute to the production of sustainable stone wool products for insulation and construction panels. In the 4- and 5-shift system, you'll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output. Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What You Will Do

• Operate various production machines and installations to ensure efficient production processes.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks and addressing minor technical issues.
• Monitor product quality by conducting checks and promptly reporting any deviations.
• Handle materials using a forklift, ensuring a steady supply to the production line.
• Contribute to a safe and organized workplace by adhering to safety protocols and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
