Job summary
The Pivot Group Network is partnering with Holland-area manufacturers to connect skilled Robotics Technicians with opportunities on the production floor. This role emphasizes calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and programming of industrial robots to sustain efficient operations.
Ideal candidates hold an associate degree in robotics/mechatronics and have hands-on experience with FANUC, KUKA, or ABB robotics, plus PLC/HMI know-how for detecting and solving issues on the line.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial robots (FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
- Experience with PLC programming and HMI configuration.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and calibration on robotic systems.
Responsibilities
- Calibrate and troubleshoot robotic systems on the production line.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial robots and their peripheral equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotics.
- Program and re-program robot paths and sequences for manufacturing tasks.
- Document maintenance activities, repair procedures, and system performance.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize robotic processes and improve efficiency.
