Jobster zoekt een ervaren robotlasser in Oud-Beijerijland om te werken met lasrobots en handlassen aan hoogwaardige automobielonderdelen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het instellen van machines, het bewaken van het productieproces en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.

Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als robot- of handlasser, kunt WPS lezen en toepassen, en hebt ervaring met ABB/Panasonic/Siemens systemen. Een rijbewijs B is vereist en er is ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling.

Qualifications

• Min. mbo niveau werkzaam en denken.
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als robot- of handlasser.
• Ervaring met geautomatiseerde lasrobots ABB/Panasonic/Siemens.
• Vaardigheid in lezen en toepassen van WPS (lasprocedures).
• Geldig rijbewijs B.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen van lasrobots en handlassen op automotive onderdelen.

Are you an experienced robot welder ready to join an innovative automotive manufacturer in Oud-Beijerland? Earn up to €3,315 per month based on a 40-hour workweek and work with the latest welding robots.

As a robot welder in Oud-Beijerland, you'll be handling both the operation of welding robots and manual welding on high-quality automotive components. About 70% of your time will be spent on mechanical welding and operating automated welding systems, while the remaining 30% involves manual welding tasks. You'll set up the machines, closely monitor the production process, and carry out quality checks. You'll also be responsible for fixing minor issues to ensure the end product always meets the highest standards.

You'll work with systems like ABB, Panasonic, or Siemens, and accurately follow welding procedure specifications (WPS). You enjoy the mix of technical precision and hands-on work, always striving to get the best out of both the machines and yourself.
