Willis Towers Watson in the Netherlands is seeking a Junior Facultative Reinsurance Broker to support the team in placing facultative reinsurance and preparing client submissions. You will build relationships with cedants and reinsurers and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic reinsurance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Interest in building a career in insurance or reinsurance.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken). French helpful but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Assist in evaluating client risks to design facultative solutions.
• Prepare placement documentation and submissions to reinsurers.
• Participate in negotiations of facultative terms under guidance of senior brokers.
• Manage existing facultative portfolios and related admin tasks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Support business development and relationship-building with cedants and reinsurers in NL/BE and globally.
• Improve administrative processes and workflows to increase efficiency.
• Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
• Learn and apply WTW’s tools and systems for placement and servicing.
