Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience as a Revenue Coordinator.
  • Speaks/writes fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks.
  • Support the Revenue Manager with data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare materials for revenue strategy meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Coordinator and Revenue Team.

Job description

Are you passionate about turning data into smart decisions? As Revenue Coordinator you’ll play a key role in driving our commercial success by delivering sharp analysis and clear insights. Your work helps shape pricing strategies, optimise business mix, and support key revenue decisions across our hotels. Together with a collaborative team, you'll help create the foundation for unforgettable guest experiences in our unique and welcoming hotels.

This is what you're going to do

  • Create and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports – from pick-up to pace and forecast – to support strategic decisions across hotels.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by maintaining and auditing reporting systems and dashboards.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor benchmarks (e.g. STR, Lighthouse), and historical performance to spot risks and opportunities.

  • Support the Revenue Manager with data-driven pricing and inventory recommendations.

  • Prepare clear and engaging materials for revenue strategy meetings, including visual dashboards and performance insights.

  • Work with revenue systems (RMS, PMS, BI tools, Excel) to optimize reporting and analysis processes.

  • Collaborate closely with the Distribution Coordinator and wider Revenue Team to ensure smooth, aligned operations.

In combination with

  • Bachelor or University degree preferably in Hospitality or Revenue Management

  • One year of experience as a Revenue Coordinator

  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with PMS, RMS and BI tools

  • Speaks/writes fluent in English.
