Job summary

Maje in Amsterdam is seeking a Store Manager to lead the boutique's commercial and operational performance, manage a small team, coach staff and ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed.

You will drive guest experience with personalised onboarding, develop the brand through service, collaborate with a passionate team, and contribute to ambitious projects in a forward-looking, sustainable fashion house.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with ability to guide a team in a luxury retail setting.
• Coaching and training of team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Experience in managing store operations and in-store activities (animation).
• Strict adherence to visual merchandising (VM) guidelines.
• Interest in brand development and delivering courteous customer service.

Responsibilities
