Job summary

Maje in Amsterdam is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, manage a small team, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience that reflects the brand's values. You will drive sales, monitor performance, and uphold standards in visual merchandising and service quality.

As a key member of the SMCP Group, you will mentor colleagues, organize onboarding, and participate in brand initiatives that push forward fashion, luxury retail, and sustainability across our stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion/retail management preferred.
• Strong leadership with ability to train and develop a team.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and operational management of the store on a daily basis.
• Coach and develop a small team, schedule shifts and assign tasks.
• Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed and store presentation is on-brand.
• Drive sales, deliver high-quality customer service, and manage stock and in-store events.
