Job summary

Located in Amsterdam, G-STAR seeks a Retail Store Construction Project Manager to translate store concepts into delivery, overseeing end-to-end construction from feasibility to handover. You will work closely with HQ and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget and brand standards.

The role requires 5+ years in construction PM, strong tendering, and a solid grasp of drawings (architectural/MEP).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction project management, retail fit-out preferred.
• Experience delivering multi-store roll-outs and managing several projects.
• Strong tendering, contracting, and capex budgeting knowledge.
• Proficient reading architectural and MEP drawings; English fluent; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess site feasibility and landlord negotiation.
• Lead design and pre-construction management.
• Manage permits, compliance, and safety planning.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and contract management.
• Coordinate opening, handover, and aftercare.
