Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking a Retail Associate at our Rotterdam store under Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. The role is 32/38 hours per week, with a fully flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday, and an hourly salary of 16.12 EUR, exclusive 8% holiday allowance, starting August 2026.

You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain an inviting sales floor, assist with stock and inventory, support team collaboration, and participate in sustainability initiatives and social content creation.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible to work across weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: deliver a rewarding shopping experience from fitting rooms to tills.
• Sales Floor Excellence: keep store clean, stocked, organised, and well presented.
• Sales & Inventory Management: monitor product feedback and adjust displays and stock levels.
• Team Collaboration: support colleagues and contribute to a united team.
• Sustainability: promote recycling and repair services, participate in local community activities.
• Retail Technology: contribute to social media content or livestreams if interested.
