Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Amstelveen to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain a pristine sales floor and support inventory management. You will be part of a dynamic team helping customers with knowledge of products and store operations.

Role starts around October/November 2026, with 24 hours per week and flexible weekends. Salary is €16.43/hour exclusive 8% holiday allowance, with opportunities for growth and development within the Fast Retailing group.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Deliver a rewarding shopping experience for customers and assist with their needs.
• Sales Floor Excellence: Keep the store neat, well-stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Sales & Inventory Management: Monitor product demand, support stock levels and display adjustments.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to maintain a strong, unified team.
• Sustainability & Community: Promote recycling, repair services and local activities.
• Retail Technology: Create content for social media, styling apps, or livestreams if interested.
