• Greet customers upon entering the store and assist with their needs.
• Offer to hold items for customers at the cash wrap or in the fitting room.
• Determine customer needs and suggest suitable products.
• Utilize customer care resources and locate out-of-stock items from other stores.
• Maintain store merchandising and operational standards.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures and loss prevention standards.
• Contribute to floor zoning and overall store presentation.
