We are currently looking for a new team member to join us as a Sales associate. This position is for a minimum of 4 days per week, of which 1 weekend day.

As a Sales Associate at Fjällräven, you are the face of our brand—delivering exceptional customer service while sharing your passion for nature, sustainability, and high-quality outdoor gear. You warmly welcome every visitor and guide them through the Fjällräven experience, offering expert advice and creating an inspiring, enjoyable shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and advise customers with genuine enthusiasm, embodying the spirit of Fjällräven
• You act as a gracious host, ensuring every customer feels at ease in our store. With a warm, approachable demeanor, you proactively offer assistance while respecting the customer’s pace—never pushy, always authentic.

Drive sales by understanding customer needs and offering thoughtful solutions
• By combining your deep product knowledge and personal outdoor experience, you provide tailored recommendations that align with each customer’s lifestyle. Through active listening and meaningful dialogue, you create lasting connections and enhance the customer journey.

Continuously expand your product knowledge with curiosity and passion
• You stay up-to-date on seasonal collections, product innovations, and our sustainability efforts. Your genuine interest in the outdoors and responsible business practices strengthens customer trust and enriches every conversation.

Support daily operations with accuracy and initiative
• You carry out store tasks efficiently and with attention to detail, following instructions while also taking initiative where needed. Your contribution helps maintain a smooth-running store and a premium shopping environment.

Communicate openly and collaboratively with your team and management
