Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Utrecht is seeking a technically oriented Retail Manager who will support the team with property management and administrative duties. The role involves lease administration, file maintenance, and collaboration with tenants and service providers.

You will handle invoices, budgeting support, and performance inspections while ensuring timely communication and high service standards in a professional office setting. Travel between properties is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of real estate property management or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrates initiative and a sense of urgency in daily duties by meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative support including phone handling, typing, report creation and filing.
• Coordinate office supplies when a property administrator is absent.
• Assist in lease administration and keep databases current.
• Maintain organized property files, including leases and contracts.
• Prepare and coordinate bids for service contracts.
• Track aging reports and follow up on delinquencies per policies.
• Process invoices with proper backup and procedures.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and related logistics.
• Oversee work order and purchase order systems.
