Job summary

UNIQLO invites ambitious graduates to join the Management Candidate Graduate Programme in the Netherlands for 12 months of accelerated leadership training. You’ll start on the shop floor, learning how we serve customers and manage stock, before moving into supervisory and then store-management rotations across Amsterdam and other Benelux locations.

The programme focuses on customer service, product flow, analytics, and people leadership, with strong support from senior leaders and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with permanent work authorization in the Netherlands.
• Willing to start full-time in March or September 2027.
• Minimum B2 level English and Dutch (interviews in local language).
• Flexible with weekends and varied shifts.
• Open to relocation within the Benelux region.

Responsibilities

• Months 1–4: Discover the business and master the foundations on the shop floor, learning customer service, product deliveries & replenishment, omni-channel & checkout operations, onboarding new starters, and product category management.
• Months 5–6: Step into leadership; supervise teams, coordinate daily planning, develop colleagues, aim for operational excellence and customer satisfaction, own a subdivision.
• Months 7–12: Drive the business; assist store management, influence commercial decisions and store strategy; perform sales analytics, inventory planning, layout optimization, workforce planning, and team development.
