Amsterdam Data Collective seeks a Lead Decision Scientist to own the technical delivery of pricing, forecasting, and optimization projects for leading e-commerce and retail clients. You will hands-on work on the hardest modelling problems while tech-leading a project and a team to real-world impact.

You will collaborate with the Retail Senior Manager, taking full ownership of technical delivery and project leadership, mentoring the team, and deepening your causal inference toolkit to connect

Qualifications

• A strong academic foundation at PhD or Master's level in a quantitative field: Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Take full project leadership on key client engagements, while partnering with the Retail account lead on scoping and delivery planning.
• Translate complex technical work into recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead technical delivery of forecasting, pricing, and optimization projects with methodological rigor.
