Job summary

Nike Roosendaal is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant (Athlete) to deliver world-class service at NIKE Roosendaal store in the Netherlands. You will support coaches, operate the cash register, manage stock, and build compelling visual displays to drive sales.

Ideal candidates communicate in English (Dutch a plus), are 18+, and can live and work in the Netherlands. Expect performance-based bonus and generous employee discounts, plus Nike apparel for the floor.

Qualifications

• Deliver world-class customer service and premium brand experience.
• Coach new employees and support store leadership.
• Operate cash register and manage goods flow on the floor.
• Refill products and maintain visual displays.
• Link online and offline shopping experiences for customers.
• Educate customers on Nike products and services and stay updated with training.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leaders and floor managers in training new staff.
• Support all store departments including cash handling and stock movement.
• Maintain product displays and replenish stock on the shop floor.
• Recommend products to reach sales targets and build customer bonds.
• Use digital tools to connect in-store and online shopping experiences.
• Share product knowledge and NIKE services with customers.
