Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in the Netherlands is seeking a Retail Artist to animate and elevate Dior sell-out in top multibrand stores across Midden & Oost Nederland. You will deliver a best-in-class beauty experience and act as a Dior ambassador.

The role requires fluent Dutch and English, strong makeup artistry, and a proven retail track record. You will train store teams, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with the Field Coach NL and Retail Development to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Ideally, significant commercial/retail experience in beauty/cosmetics.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and client relationships in luxury retail.

Your Impact

Within the Benelux Multibrands Retail Team, the Retail Artist is responsible for animating and improving Dior sell-out in top-performing multibrand stores across Midden & Oost Nederland.

This role is crucial for delivering a best-in-class retail experience, strengthening client loyalty, developing store performance and acting as a strong ambassador for the Dior brand.

The holder of this position will work closely with the Field Coach NL, Retail Development and multibrand store teams across Ici Paris XL, Douglas.

Job responsibilities

Day-to-Day Missions

• Deliver a best-in-class selling ceremony in stores, develop strong client relationships and loyalty through 1-to-1 appointments, cross-selling and expert beauty services.
• Act as a strong face and ambassador of the Dior brand, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and increasing productivity and sell-out performance.
• Engage and motivate store teams across the region by providing appropriate training, presenting new products and sharing relevant product and brand knowledge.
• Secure perfect merchandising in line with Dior brand guidelines and follow up on product assortment, testers and sampling usage.
• Work with Retail Development to build action plans that improve store performance, while monitoring competitors’ presence and activations.

Profile

Ideally, you would have significant commercial and/or retail experience, preferably within the beauty and cosmetics market.
