Red Tomato Pies in Almelo, Netherlands is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily activities on site and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop budgets, plan staffing, monitor labour costs, and mentor a team of 3-4 staff while maintaining high standards of health and safety and customer service. Experience in retail/food service and leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen or restaurant settings.
• Knowledge of budgeting, inventory, and staffing is a plus.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
