Job summary

WijnSpijs B.V. is seeking a Production Coordinator for our Haarlem office, with about one day per week from home. You will manage the end-to-end content production process, coordinating creators, editors and the marketing team to deliver assets on time and with proper credits.

You will ensure brand guidelines are followed, and decide whether content meets publishing standards. Reports to the Marketing Lead in Haarlem, with travel across our three markets as needed.

Qualifications

• Two to four years in content production, creator or influencer coordination, or creative project coordination.
• Fluent in English and German; Dutch is a plus.
• Organised with multiple deadlines and many external contacts.
• Accurate with credits, permissions and file naming.

Responsibilities

• Find, brief and book creators, influencers, videographers and photographers for campaigns.
• Gather required assets from restaurants: footage, photos, logos, menus; ensure they are usable.
• Manage briefs, deadlines, deliverables, fees and invoicing.
• Track usage rights, permissions and credits; maintain asset provenance and credits.
• Keep Notion and Google Drive asset library organized for editors to find files quickly.
• Coordinate handovers between creators, editors and the marketing team and assist with publishing content.
