Job summary

ACL Airshop in the Netherlands is seeking an Operations Specialist, Repair to coordinate maintenance activities, manage spare parts, and support audits in the repair station. You will work with the station team to ensure records accuracy and smooth operations.

You will liaise with suppliers and internal teams to keep equipment, processes and documentation compliant, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics or workshop coordination.
• Familiarity with ULD handling, workshop environments, and maintenance workflows.
• Strong administrative and organizational capabilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and check documentation for incoming spare parts and record in the AARS system.
• Coordinate maintenance and inspections of tools and equipment and obtain supplier quotes.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies, general office items and PPE.
• Support audits and maintain personnel files and supplier certifications.
• Assist in directing warehouse activities and supporting internal customers.
• Review invoices from third-party providers in coordination with Station Manager.
