Job summary

roadsurfer is seeking a Station Service Specialist in Amstelveen to welcome customers, explain and hand over campers, and ensure cleanliness of vehicles. You will support the station team with daily tasks to kick off holidays with a smile.

The role requires a hands-on attitude, a drive for great customer service, a valid B-category driving license, and good English skills. The position is full-time with a monthly salary and various camper-related benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach and willingness to help at all times.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent English or very good English skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers during camper pickup and return with a smile.
• Explain and hand over campers to customers personally.
• Take care of thorough cleaning inside and outside of campers.
• Support the station team with daily tasks to start holidays right.

The Role - Your Passion

• You welcome our customers during the pick up and return of their camper with a bright smile and make their roadsurfer journey unforgettable.
• You explain and personally hand over our campers to the customers.
• You roll up your sleeves and take care of the thorough cleaning inside and outside of our campers.
• You support the station team with all daily tasks and ensure our #happyroadsurfers start their holiday with a smile.

What you need to surf the wave with us

• You are absolutely hands on and always ready to help.
• Ideally, you already bring experience in customer service.
• Driving licence category B.
• Good English skills.

Full-time: 40h/week
