A global technology company in Alphen aan den Rijn is seeking a Renewal & Customer Success Manager to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in account management and possesses strong Salesforce knowledge, along with excellent communication skills. As a Renewal & Customer Success Manager for Bowtie, you'll be the driving force behind customer retention and satisfaction. By building strong relationships, solving challenges, and identifying growth opportunities, you’ll ensure our clients get the most value from our risk management software—every step of the way.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will be part of a team of 4 customer success managers working closely together with our Account management team, customer support, product team and sales support.
