Job summary

Bright Renewables, part of the HoSt Group, seeks a Maintenance Engineer to shape maintenance and reliability strategies for installations worldwide. You’ll link service, engineering and projects to improve reliability and maintainability.

The role offers autonomy and the chance to implement improvements, working with a multinational, family‑run renewables leader focused on energy transition and innovation.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (HBO/WO) in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
• 2–5 years in maintenance, reliability or process improvement.
• Familiar with RCM, TPM, FMECA and RCA.
• Ability to translate data into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve maintenance and reliability strategies (RCM/TPM/FMECA).
• Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance where possible.
• Analyze fault data and perform Root Cause Analyses (RCA).
• Develop spare parts and critical spares strategies.
• Identify trends and risks for improvement using data and experience.
• Advise on maintainability for new projects and modifications.
• Collaborate with service engineers and project teams to implement improvements.
