Job summary

Q8 is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to ensure accurate, efficient processing of treasury flows in an international finance environment. You'll support day-to-day treasury operations, monitor liquidity and risks, and deliver insights that drive compliance and performance.

The role combines hands-on processing with analysis and stakeholder collaboration across Finance and Treasury, in Rotterdam. This position requires a finance degree and 2–5 years of treasury experience, strong knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 2–5 years of treasury, finance or banking experience.
• Strong understanding of financial markets (FX, liquidity, rates).
• Knowledge of payment processing, settlements and bank accounts.
• Attention to detail and data-driven insights.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record, validate and process treasury transactions per policy.
• Support liquidity management and cash pool monitoring.
• Process payments and settlements accurately and timely.
• Monitor and escalate financial risks.
• Deliver reporting and performance analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements and system projects.
