Job summary

Q8Oils is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to manage treasury transactions, support liquidity and bank account management, and ensure accurate settlements from a Rotterdam hybrid office. You will work in an international Finance team, applying your analytical skills to monitor risks and drive process improvements.

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics or Business and have 2–5 years of relevant treasury or banking experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 2-5 years of treasury/finance/banking experience.
• Strong understanding of financial markets including FX, liquidity management.
• Experience with payment processing, settlements and bank account management.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in English; additional European language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury transactions: Record, validate and process treasury transactions accurately and in line with internal policies.
• Support liquidity management: Implement and monitor group-wide cash pool, liquidity investments and bank accounts.
• Process payments and settlements: Ensure payments and settlements are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor financial risks: Track credit, settlement, FX and interest-rate risks and escalate issues.
• Deliver reporting and analysis: Support month-end activities and prepare reports for compliance and decision making.
• Drive continuous improvement: Contribute to treasury system enhancements and process optimization.
