Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Technical Customer Support Engineer to join our global hybrid Support Engineering team, covering EMEA and the Americas when needed. You’ll troubleshoot a wide range of issues from core ClickHouse databases to Langfuse integrations, delivering high-quality guidance via cases, chat, Slack and phone while upholding SLAs.

You will develop solutions for ClickHouse Cloud and open-source deployments, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and share knowledge through

Qualifications

• Experience with databases, OLAP, or distributed systems.
• Solid CS/data science fundamentals or equivalent hands-on projects.
• Comfort reading code and debugging cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with LLM tooling and AI observability tooling.
• Familiarity with tracing, eval tooling and model APIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Support ClickHouse & Langfuse users via cases, chat, Slack, and calls while meeting SLAs.
• Develop solutions from ClickHouse Cloud and open-source variants for docs and training.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Go-to-Market and Product teams to shape features.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge with customers and the team.
• Escalate bugs to engineering and close the loop post-release.
• Address deep integration questions within customer codebases.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and partners across ecosystems.
