Job summary

Nebius is seeking an Offensive Security Lead to build and run its internal red team as part of the Product Security Team. You will design adversarial simulations across our cloud platform and translate findings into measurable security improvements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep cloud security experience, and the ability to mentor engineers while driving purple/blue team collaborations and threat-model validation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in offensive security - penetration testing, red teaming, or adversary simulation.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a red team function within Product Security Team, hiring and mentoring engineers.
• Plan and execute full-scoped red team engagements against Nebius cloud platform including compute, storage, and networking.
• Deliver clear, actionable reports for technical audiences and leadership with remediation guidance.
