Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Senior Project Director – Northern Europe to lead commercial development, operational execution, and financial performance of the Industrial Projects business across the region.

This role oversees heavy-lift, breakbulk and out-of-gauge shipments and focuses on scalable project logistics solutions across energy, infrastructure, renewables, and industrial manufacturing, while building a collaborative, high-performing regional team and ensuring delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or Business).
• Significant experience within project logistics, project cargo, freight forwarding, or industrial transportation environments.
• Proven background in commercial development, customer relationship management, and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional Industrial Projects strategy aligned with broader business objectives.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage key client relationships across Northern Europe.
• Oversee end-to-end project cargo movements including heavy-lift, breakbulk, and OOG transport.
• Own regional P&L and drive revenue growth and profitability objectives.
• Ensure safety, governance, and compliance with applicable standards while meeting customer expectations.
