Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
At least 5 years in process technology or manufacturing engineering within chemical/adhesives/formulation-based sectors.
Experience with scale-up and process validation.
Strong analytical and project management skills; good stakeholder communication.
Proficiency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality and throughput.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Lead transfer of new products from R&D to Production.
Support capital investment projects and factory improvements.
Improve production performance through systematic actions.
